• All session bookings must be made in advance through the website or confirmed via WhatsApp/email.

• Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive details about the time, platform (Zoom/Google Meet), and next steps.

• Consultations are conducted personally by Sailee unless otherwise communicated.
